You can also report defects by calling 020 7199 670 (the call charge is the rate of the mobile phone fee\/local call fee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Defect notifications should be submitted following the division of responsibilities table:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 property defects are reported following the housing association\u2019s instructions to the maintenance company, property caretaker or property manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 defects that are the landlord\u2019s responsibility are reported to the tenant\u2019s own landlord<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/auroranlinna.fi\/osakehuoneistot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Vastuunjakotaulukko-oh-012026-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">You can download\/print the division of responsibilities table here PDF (145kt).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maintenance work and repairs of the interior of the apartment are the responsibility of the landlord stated on the rental contract. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Defects that are the housing association\u2019s responsibility to repair are reported by using the defect notification service, which is usually the housing association\u2019s maintenance company\u2019s defect notification service. More detailed information on where to report the defects that are the housing association\u2019s responsibility to repair is usually available on the noticeboard. The customer service of the housing association\u2019s property management and\/or property maintenance can provide this information as well. Information on what defects are the housing association\u2019s responsibility to repair is available on the division of responsibilities table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Leaking taps or toilet seats, as well as water damage and any other defects, must be reported immediately&nbsp;<\/strong>to the housing association\u2019s property manager or a maintenance company in accordance with the housing association\u2019s instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Any suspected moisture damage must be reported&nbsp;<\/strong>immediately to the housing association\u2019s property manager or the maintenance company, as well as the Auroranlinna\u2019s office via email at osakehuoneistot @ auroranlinna.fi or by calling 020 7199 670 (the call charge is the rate of the mobile phone fee\/local call fee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Any sightings of pests in the apartment&nbsp;<\/strong>must be immediately reported to both the housing association\u2019s property manager and the landlord. Any sightings of pests in the property area outside your apartment (e.g., rats in the property) must be reported to the housing association\u2019s property manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NB: The tenant may become responsible for compensating for any damage that is caused by not reporting a detected defect or by a negligent use of the apartment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"asiakaspalvelu\">Auroranlinna office<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For matters relating to rental contracts directly with Auroranlinna:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eevankatu 2, 00240 Helsinki<br>Tel. 020 7199 670\u2028(calls to the service line are the rate of the mobile phone fee\/local call fee)<br>Email: osakehuoneistot @ auroranlinna.fi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The office is open on Mon-Thu 9.00 am \u2013 3.00 pm and on Fri 9.00 am \u2013 2.00 pm. NB Subject to changes.<br>In June, July and August we close at 2.00 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sublet apartments: Please contact the landlord stated on your rental contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NB: Do not send invoices issued to the company to the company office. The invoice address and instructions will be provided when the order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"property-management\">Property management and maintenance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information is available at the housing company\u2019s notice board or other place indicated by the housing company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"residents\">Services for residents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parking space reservations and collecting parking space keys, sauna reservations, submitting moving notifications to the housing association, collecting keys to additional facilities (if the housing association has any) and any matters relating to shared laundry rooms, such as collecting the key for the reservation lock, are managed by resident support services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When moving out, any laundry locks and keys to other facilities and parking spaces should be returned to the place indicated by the housing association. Any cancellation of sauna reservations and parking spaces should also be made to the place indicated by the housing association. The abovementioned matters are usually managed by the company\u2019s property management office or property maintenance company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rent-control\">Rent control<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For those renting condominiums directly from Auroranlinna, rent control is managed by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inna Oy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email vuokravalvonta @ auroranlinna.fi <br>Tel. 030 609 5109 or 030 609 5107 (the call charge is the rate of the mobile phone fee\/local call fee)<br>The customer service is open on weekdays Mon\u2013Thu 9am\u20133pm and Fri 9am\u20132pm.<br>In June, July and August we close at 2pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"contract\">Rental contracts, termination, keys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those renting their&nbsp;condominium&nbsp;directly from Auroranlinna,&nbsp;in all matters related to the rental contract, apartment keys, and other tenancy-related matters, deal directly with the Auroranlinna office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other tenants living in the apartments owned by the company deal in these tenancy-related matters with the landlord stated in the rental contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"forms\">Forms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All forms of Auroranlinna condominiums are available on this page.
