Resident satisfaction will be surveyed again in September

Auroranlinna’s annual resident satisfaction survey will once again be carried out as an online survey this autumn. The survey will be conducted by IRO Research & Consulting.

In early September, an information notice will be distributed to apartments, providing detailed instructions for participation along with a QR code for accessing the survey. The survey will remain open until the end of September 2026.

Your Opinion Matters

We encourage all our residents to take part in the survey. The results provide us with valuable information about the quality of our apartments, properties, and services, as well as residents’ experiences. The survey also offers an opportunity to provide open feedback and suggestions for improving living and services. All responses will be submitted to Auroranlinna anonymously.

All respondents will be entered into a prize draw, with ten 50€ S Group gift cards to be won.
