Property maintenance, garden area maintenance and cleaning service provider changed from 1 September 2026

Auroranlinna tendered the property maintenance, garden area maintenance and cleaning services. As a result of the tendering process, these services will be provided by Kotikatu Oy from 1 September 2026.

As a result of the change in maintenance service providers, the contact details have also changed. Kotikatu will provide its contact information to tenants when the agreement enters into force.
