Change of the key management service of Auroranlinna apartments from January 8, 2024

The key management service of Auroranlinna apartments will move away from Lassila-Tikanoja office at the beginning of January 2024.
From January 8, 2024, the keys to all apartments must be returned to Auroranlinna’s office at Eevankatu 2, 00240 Helsinki. All the keys to the heating posts in the parking spaces and all laundry locks must be returned to the Auroranlinna office as well.

If you have picked up the keys to the parking space / garage somewhere else than Lassila-Tikanoja customer service point in East Pasila, return the keys to the pick-up location (see exception properties under Parking spaces).
Auroranlinna’s website will be updated regarding to this change at the beginning of week 2.

According to the information we received from Verto, an error has been detected in their water billing system. All water bills from 1 September to 31 October 2023 (invoice date 6.11.2023) contain incorrect information, and they will be fully refunded.

Verto will replace the new water bills as soon as the error has been corrected. The estimated repair time for the error is at the beginning of next week (week 46) at the latest.

The scammers have been activated again and are sending fraudulent text messages in the name of the “Building company” about changed rent payment information or overdue payments. The messages are written in good Finnish.
Auroranlinna never sends invoices or payment requests with bank information via text message. Do not under any circumstances pay the rent with the information mentioned in the message. If you have already paid after receiving such a message, file a criminal report and contact your bank immediately.</strong style=”color: red;”>


As a new partner, OVV Asuntopalvelut is responsible for the marketing and renting of Auroranlinna apartments. The city of Helsinki will no longer select residents for Auroranlinna apartments.

OVV Asuntopalvelut has been in existence for over 25 years and is an agency specializing in renting and selling apartments operating in the capital region.
The company’s office is located in Länsi-Pasila, close to Auroranlinna’s own office, with good transport connections.

Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna new apartments and residents from 1 October 2022.

Oy Helsingin Asuntohankinta Ab, owned by the city of Helsinki, will split on 30 September 2022. The apartment property is divided according to the type of financing of the apartment between Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna and Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka), owned by the city of Helsinki.

Privately financed apartments will be transferred to Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna and Ara-financed ones to Heka. The apartments transferred to Auroranlinna will be called Auroranlinna condominiums in the future. You can find more information about condominiums from 1 October 2022 at .
