Helsinki region’s environmental services HSY collects hazardous waste in Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa and Kirkkonummi from September 4 to October 4, 2023.

The collection is aimed especially at areas that do not have a permanent collection point for hazardous waste. The collection tour stops and schedules can be found on HSY’s website hsy.fi/vjkerayskierros.

Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna new apartments and residents from 1 October 2022.

Oy Helsingin Asuntohankinta Ab, owned by the city of Helsinki, will split on 30 September 2022. The apartment property is divided according to the type of financing of the apartment between Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna and Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka), owned by the city of Helsinki.

Privately financed apartments will be transferred to Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna and Ara-financed ones to Heka. The apartments transferred to Auroranlinna will be called Auroranlinna condominiums in the future. You can find more information about condominiums from 1 October 2022 at www.auroranlinna.fi/en .
