Summer comes with the joys of grilling. It’s a great time to review how to grill comfortably and safely in your apartment building.

On the balconies you can only grill with an electric grill. However, on the terraces and in the private yards, you may also use gas grills. Do not light an open fire under any circumstances.

Let’s keep fire safety in mind

Place your grill on a stable, non-flammable surface, and make sure it’s far enough from anything that could catch fire. Always supervise the grill while it’s in use and keep extinguishing equipment close just in case. For fire safety reasons, it is not a good idea to store extra items on the balcony that can increase the fire load.
