Error in sending email!

While informing our customers about the launch of the resident website and the update to our defect notification system, an error occurred in the email sent to some of our customers. Due to human error, the email addresses of all recipients were visible in the message. As soon as the mistake was discovered, sending the email was immediately stopped.

We will report the matter to the data protection authority within the required 72-hour timeframe, as mandated by law.
