Electronic termination of a lease agreement

If it’s time to terminate your lease agreement, you can now do it electronically. Terminating a lease agreement always requires strong authentication.

The electronic termination service is available for Auroranlinna’s private customers. If the apartment in question is a commercial space, or if the termination is being made by a company or an estate of the deceased person, the termination must still be submitted using a paper form.
